Reformed Theological College seeks applicants who are committed to Jesus Christ and in support of our statements of faith. Admission to Reformed Theological College is open to qualified persons of all denominations and fellowships, of any race, color, and ethnic origin, without regard to sex.
General Admission Requirement
Applicants to any of our Theology, Early Childhood Education and Music programs must satisfy the following requirements:

- Have official transcripts submitted from all schools which an applicant may have attended.
- Have two recommendation letters sent from your Church leaders / Pastors.
- Submit a Shs. 10,000UGX non-refundable application fee.
Application Deadlines
Admission to Reformed Theological College is done twice in a year that is at the beginning of every semester. Application forms for the first semester should reach the Registrar’s office not later than 15th January. And applications to join in the second semester should reach the Registrar’s office not later than July 15th. Applications for a specific semester, received after the deadline, will be considered for the subsequent semester. Application for Re-admission
If you are accepted to Reformed Theological College but do not enroll, if you withdraw temporarily, officially or unofficially, or if you complete one program and wish to pursue a second one, you will need to submit a supplementary Application. However, if more than one year lapses after your original acceptance, withdrawal or completion of your first program, you will be required to submit new application materials, including recommendations and statements of faith.
Entry Requirements for Diploma
It’s a two years program and an applicant must have a minimum of UACE Certificate with at least 1 principal pass and a subsidiary obtained at the same sitting or its equivalent.
Entry Requirements for Certificate
This is a two years program and an applicant must have UCE certificate with at least 6 passes.
Entry Requirements for International Students
International students are required to submit their academic documents to Uganda National Council for Higher Education (NCHE) or Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) where applicable for equating.
