General Admission Requirements

Applicants to any of our Theology, Early Childhood Education and Music programs must satisfy the following requirements:

  1. Fill in the application form (A). Application forms may be obtained from the Academic Registrar’s office. 
  2. Have official transcripts submitted from all schools which an applicant may have attended.
  3. Have two recommendation letters sent from your Church leaders / Pastors. 
  4. Submit a Shs. 10,000UGX non-refundable application fee.

Admission to Reformed Theological College is done twice in a year that is at the beginning of every semester. Application forms for the first semester should reach the Registrar’s office not later than 15th January. And applications to join in the second semester should reach the Registrar’s office not later than July 15th. Applications for a specific semester, received after the deadline, will be considered for the subsequent semester. General inquiries for application forms may be addressed to the Academic Registrar, Reformed Theological College, and P.O.BOX 11701, Kampala-Uganda or be emailed to rtc-info@rtc.ac.ug.
