The vision of Reformed Theological College (RTC), initiated in 1994 by Mission to Every Nation (MEN) Lorea, has matured over three decades. Development in East Africa has further fortified this vision. 

Leadership transcends mere authority; it involves inspiring and empowering others towards a common vision. However, when leadership is infused with faith and moral integrity, it becomes profoundly impactful. Faith and moral integrity are encapsulated in one word: godliness. Godliness surpasses mere rule-following; it entails a deep commitment to divine principles – the Word of God. A godly leader embodies humility, integrity, and compassion, fostering a culture of ethical excellence. 

From a biblical perspective, godliness is indispensable for spiritual growth. Scriptures exhort believers to pursue godliness, acknowledging its necessity for a life of faith and obedience. The life of Jesus Christ epitomizes godliness, blending divine truth with compassion. 

In essence, a godly leader is empowered to influence and inspire others towards God's purposes. By integrating vision with moral integrity and spiritual devotion, such leaders epitomize the highest ideals of leadership. In their hands, leadership transcends mere authority, becoming a sacred responsibility—a testament to the transformative power of faith and ethical conviction.
