The School of Early Childhood Education (ECE) at RTC aims to prepare students for meaningful work in diverse early childhood educational settings, such as daycare centers, nursery schools, kindergartens, Sunday Schools, NGOs, and youth programs where we endeavor to seamlessly integrate Christian values and ethical practices within the academic discipline.

We strive to foster early childhood professionals by equipping them with both creative and practical knowledge. We emphasize the applications of research-based theories in practice, taking into account the unique characteristics of each learner. Additionally, our school explores the early childhood development systemically within the context of the biblical framework.
